my month absense

If you noticed, or did not notice, I have been pretty absent from the blogging world. Not just writing for my blog but reading all blogs. No blogs at all. It's been pretty rough, not going to lie. But there is a reason for all of this

I decided to go back to school! Yes, 18 years of school just wasn't enough for me.... so now I am pursuing an additional master's degree.

The minute I began my first course I asked my husband, "what did I get myself into?" It is challenging. It is time consuming but it is rewarding.

I hope to still blog on occasion - ideally recipes - but I am only human and can only do so much.
I also really hope to catch up on reading your blogs sometime soon.

I'm still working on developing a schedule but I understand my schedule needs to have flexibility as I take different courses that might require more of my time.... speaking of which, I need to get back to the books on my break...
