birthday

Today is my birthday!!!
I am giving myself the day to sit and relax but do check out my pinterest post from yesterday that I linked up to and I am linking up to WIAW! and Random Wednesday

nothing like balloons...

...a homemade carrot cake...

...and my birthday plate (yes, I have a birthday plate)
What special things do you guys like to do on your birthdays??

    That cake looks delicious and I think it's awesome that you have a birthday plate!
    Typically my husband and I just go out to dinner for my birthday. Relaxing sounds nice. Do you have any other plans?

      I just spent the day relaxing with my husband. He made me all my meals including my favorite, somewhat time consuming dinner. It was amazing!!

    Happy Birthday! Love the plate. I'm not too thrilled about my birthday anymore, but I appreciate that it's better than the alternative. ;) I just like to get a few goodies from my family like tea, body wash, books, that sort of thing.
